Locks and limits aren't working on the child's iOS device.

If Kidsee’s features suddenly stop working, the fix is usually a quick check of a key permission. Here's how to do it on your child's device.

1. Open Settings on your child's device.

2. Go to Screen Time.

‍

3. Scroll down to the Apps With Screen Time Access section. Find Kidsee and make sure its permission is toggled on. If it's already on, toggle it off and then on again to reset the connection.
