Here’s how to do it step-by-step:

On the parent device

1. Tap on your child’s name → Settings → Remove child profile.

2. Tap where the child’s name used to be → My Account → Delete Account.

On the child’s device

3. Go to Settings → Apps → Kidsee → Screen Time restrictions and turn them off.

4. Delete the Kidsee app from the child’s device.

Long-press the app icon, then tap "Remove App"

5. Reinstall the Kidsee app on the child’s device.

6. On your parent device go through the introductory steps to connect your child again.
